Beautiful design and easy to clean but takes time to flatten

Got this floral bird rug about three weeks ago for our bedroom and we absolutely love it. We placed it right beside our bed and the Eastern aesthetic design with plants and birds looks beautiful in the space. The black and gold color scheme adds a warm, elegant touch to our bedroom decor. The 4x6 size fits perfectly beside the bed, gives us a soft surface to step on when getting up in the morning. The machine washable feature is incredibly convenient - being able to throw it in the washing machine instead of professional cleaning saves time and money. The soft material is comfortable to walk on barefoot, which is perfect for a bedroom rug. The TPR anti-slip backing works well on our hardwood floors, keeps the rug from sliding around. The reinforced edges are holding up nicely without any fraying so far. The botanical bird design complements our bedroom style perfectly. However, when it first arrived vacuum-packed, there were significant creases from the packaging. It took about a week for most of the creases to flatten out naturally, and we did fold it in the opposite direction like they suggested to speed up the process. Even after three weeks there are still some very slight creases visible if you look closely, but they’re not too noticeable. The rug quality feels durable and well-made. The colors are vibrant and look great against our bedroom furniture. The compact storage when folded is nice if we ever need to store it seasonally. Price seems reasonable for a machine washable rug with this design quality. Would definitely recommend it for bedroom use, just be patient with the flattening process after unboxing.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I am giving this only 4-stars simply because it is much thinner than expected. It does not come in the traditional roll and is extremely lightweight. It comes in a box folded up. The colors are beautiful and the patterns are simple and elegant enough to add color and style to your room without making it too busy. I am concerned that the durability may be lacking in this item though. If you have pets, just know that claws can easily snag this one. Overall its ok quality and on the border of what I consider to be average value for what it is. If you are looking for something less expensive and beautiful, this is something to try!

Washes Well But Thin

This is a nice rug that would go on a porch, sitting room or a lounge area. Elegant, it is not, it's thin and great to provide warmth or comfort to a cold or cool floor. Great rug for bare floors

This review is for the “Foxmas 5x7 Rugs for Living Room, Washable Non-Slip Floral Birds Rug, Low Pile Oriental Style Indoor Carpet for Bedroom Dining Room Office Farmhouse, Navy Blue”We put this on the bare wood floor in our 1900 farmhouse. It’s quite comfortable to walk on, and reasonably thick. The design is nice, though it includes two birds which make it seem like the rug should be rotated 180 degrees, no matter which way it is laid down. The back surface is sturdy but not very skid proof -- the manufacturer has included some adhesive dots to use at the corners to keep the corners down and these may provide enough skid resistance. The rug is soft and feels warm when walking barefoot. It’s machine washable in a big enough washing machine.Overall this is an excellent value at about $53.
