I simply like these two scents.

It's been a while since I've tried Folkulture/Folkessence incense. I tried plenty of of their incense scent sticks years ago. Fast Forward now and it seems that the sucess has not gone to their heads. They have still have quality stuff as from what I see with this product.These cones in these scents smell different than the ones I've tried in incense stick form from their respective sets. They have a bit of a masala style to it without smelling too much like each other as seen from other masala style incense sticks. The frankincense smells different that their masala style frankincense incense sticks too, if they still have those for sale.So yes, they both have a sweet kind of smell to them. Overall, the incense scents for these two are good. I would buy them again. I think the $9.99 price is a fair, I do prefer quality over quantity anyway.Recommendation: Check out Calmveda incense as well, they are an Indian style incense brand that I would recommend as well.

Not backflow cones :(

I had researched forever for backflow cones and these kept popping up. I ordered them with a cute new burner for Halloween. However when I got these, they're not backflow cones. But they came beautifully packaged and each fragrance is very powerful. I will keep them and use them because I've never smelled incense like these before. My favorite is the aqua and oud scent. Smells like men's cologne. Have to keep distance though as the fragrance is rather strong. I'm impressed with these little cones!!! Will purchase again in another set of scents

Lovely scents, but package missing holder

I wanted to give these incense cones 5 stars, but I was a bit disappointed when they came in today and I got a repeat of one of the scents, meaning I miss out on the rose and geranium one. This package also didn't come with the incense cones holder. These things show that there is a lack of attention to detail. Love the fresh scents of the fresh start package but wish it came as advertised every time. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one experiencing this. Plus there isn't an easy way to contact the seller regarding a fix or refund or anything, you have to go through customer service on their website. I'm just not going to go through the hassle for a $10 purchase, but it is a bummer. Love the smells besides that so I'll probably keep ordering

Not sure what to think… :-)

Just got it! Couldn’t wait to burn one! Right out of the box, they smell like a spa! Wondering fragrance, might just keep it as air freshener.So I was looking for something different, I used to burn candles a lot and not the best things to do on regular basis, even the best “clean” burn candles aren’t clean enough in my opinion. So gave this a try… after one burn, I am not sure what to think of this, the browning left on the holder…. I have nothing to compare this to because I have never burned cones before so this could be the oil residue from wood or not a “clean” burn, as they advertised. Or thats just how that goes…. The smell was ok, more like just “woodzy” aroma, they all seem to be that way, faint aroma of fragrance and the rest, “woodzy”, which is still a pleasant smell. I gave 3 stars for those reasons, simply ok product and not too thrilled after burning one. The rest as advertised, 15 min burn time, nicely packaged, etc. For the price, I rather keep my money and burn palo santo sticks, but that’s just me at this moment. Also the holder is tiny and practical, but gets hot so be careful where you place it to burn and not ruin your surface. As you can see, I had to put it on a plate when I realized that!Good luck shopping.

Dont buy, poor quality

Honestly very poor. Packaging makes it look great but they mostly smell the same. The cones burn and dont smoke. I light on fire, big burn. Gentle blow out and the distant ember produced a few seconds of smoke before completely going out. Doesnt burn well or for long unless you fight it. Kinda want a refund butit was cheap

Best cones ever.

These are the best cones I've bought to-date. The smell amazing, burn well, and I am overall blown away by the freshness and variety in the scents. Most other scent packs I've gotten tens to end up all smelling the same between the different flavors. These cones are all distinct and delightful. Only mild grip is the burn time on these bad boys is a little fast but all-in-all 9.5 Jeff Goldblums out of 10 Jeff Goldblums.
