Amazing shelves for cookbooks in an awkward corner

These shelves work perfectly for an empty spot in our kitchen to hold our cookbooks. We couldn't use a large bookshelf because of the doorway next to it, but it was wide and deep enough to hold a number of large, heavy cookbooks. It feels very sturdy and doesn't look cheap despite the price. If we had to give any criticism, the drywall anchors could be better, but we simply replaced those with better anchors we had already.

Great little shelves and not too expensive

These are great little floating shelves! You get two of them in the box and they're more than sturdy enough for their size. I mounted the middle bracket to a stud and used drywall anchors on the outer brackets and they're solid. Personally I would never trust any shelf with just drywall anchors alone, but if that's the only option you have then you shouldn't have any problems unless you're putting an unreasonable amount of weight on the shelf.They look good and come in several different finishes to match your home. The price is great for two of them and they're very easy to put together. I also like how you can put the brackets on top or bottom depending on the look you're going for.

Beautiful shelves and you get two of them!!

I received these in Walnut stain. They are great size and quality. They were super easy to hang, if you have ever hung something on your wall you got this. I received the 12" and they are perfect for what I wanted, a shelf to display a few knick knacks in my bedroom. I hung the second one in the bathroom and it is now holding my hair care supplies. It is study and will hold the weight I have put on it. Looks great in both rooms. Would buy again. Just be sure if you are going to put any weight on it of substance that you get into a stud in your wall.

The shelves mount using brackets that remain visible regardless of how they're installed, so these are not true floating shelves. That said, the brackets, shelves, and included hardware all look and feel heavy-duty.The shelves themselves feel sturdy and well-made, and they're listed as moisture- and humidity-resistant, which is a plus since I may end up using them in my three-season indoor porch. I ordered these primarily for display purposes, and in hindsight I may have preferred the 8" depth instead of 12", but that's purely personal preference.For my own peace of mind, 1 plan to use heavier-duty wall anchors, even though the included hardware appears solid.Overall, these shelves are excellent quality with attractive craftsmanship. Nice size shelf set

This shelf set is a nice size and colour. The feel of the wood effect is good too but I feel like the quality of the shelf itself isn't the most superior. I also had ran into a small issue with one of the screws attaching the bracket to the shelf where the screw didn’t quite seem to fit tightly enough and wobbled in its place. The other issue I had was when I was attaching the bracket to the wall, the lowest screw is quite hard to tighten with any kind of impact-driver/drill because if it’s position, so I had to use a regular screw driver. That’s fine for me because I’m fairly skilled with diy but this could cause some frustration if you’re not familiar with putting up shelves. Even with using the correct fittings and attachments I would not recommend using these shelves for heavy items.The size of the shelves are great and quite unique! I love the look of them and their color as well.I’m giving this 4 stars because I feel like the overall quality is lower than average.
