Just what I needed under my entry runner. Low profile so the door opens over it with a low pile rug on top of it but still soft and quiet to walk on. Non-slip side is grippy on my tile floor too.
Good rug pad. The rug sticks to it very well! My complaint is how they package this. You have to steam out the wrinkles otherwise the rug looks bad.
Easy to place under my rug with excellent non-slip function. Does not move or become visible at the rug edge after foot traffic. Well worth the additional cost over the thin rubber waffle pads that you can cut to fit and don't work well especially under small rugs.
Works great. I haven't had the carpet bunch up from my dogs playing on it since I put this under it. Even without the weight of the carpet on top of it, this was gripping the floor. I've had it down for about a week now and am not disappointed. Would buy again.
I got this to try and keep the 2'x3' rug I have at my Apt front door. I have tried 3 other items and they were a bust. With this rug pad not being expensive I figured I'd give it a try. So happy I did. On my 4th try this rug pad is keeping my rug stationary, on a carpet too! 😃This pad is dual sided. It not only grips the rug but it also grips the carpet, wood, tile, etc.. floor below. It's easy to cut in case you think it needs trimming but mine came in the exact size of the rug. The best thing I like is that it's easy to remove so I can clean the carpet or the rug because there's no glue, tape or Velcro to worry about. I highly recommend this rug pad!
This rug pad fits true to size and actually lines up better than the rug placed on top of it, which made setup straightforward. It lays flat on vinyl plank flooring without curling or bunching.The grip is solid for everyday use. It keeps the rug from shifting during normal foot traffic and general movement, but it doesn’t have the kind of hold that lets you vacuum aggressively without some movement, especially if the vacuum catches the rug edge. It’s stable, just not locked in place.Padding is minimal but noticeable. At 1/8 inch thick, it adds a light cushion and some sound dampening, though it won’t significantly change how the rug feels underfoot. A thicker version of this pad would be an easy upgrade.For the price, this feels fair. It protects the floor, improves rug stability, and does what a basic rug pad should do without overpromising.Overall, this is a good value option for vinyl plank floors if you want light cushioning and reasonable grip, but not a fully immovable setup.
Finally. Rubber rug backing that actually holds my rugs in place. I bought it big and cut it down to fit a few small rugs. Working brilliantly! 👍
