It is not built like a carpet. The top is a smooth material. But it lays out nicely over carpet. Not sure I would call it a rug. It is not very thick. Only thing I don't like is that the helmet symbol looks like the black side of a Steelers helmet.
I’m really happy with the Feelyou Football Area Rug overall. The material is soft and feels great underfoot, and the rug has a good thickness that makes it comfortable for a bedroom or playroom. The colors and football design look just like the pictures, and the non-slip backing keeps it in place nicely.It isn't a licensed product so it doesn't say "Bears" anywhere but you get the idea since the colors are navy and orange. Being licensed would make this a lot more expensive so for the price, it works fine.The only downside is that the rug arrives folded, and the wrinkles are pretty hard to get out. Even after laying it flat and trying a few tricks, some creases are still noticeable. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it does take some patience.Still, it’s a fun, comfy rug with good quality for the price—just be prepared to work on those wrinkles!
