Perfection and I love it
I’m in love with this bookshelf dragon decor item!! I have a flickering tea light candle that I used for behind it! It looks so wonderful lit or not.This was an easy click to get it! It will go with my fourth wing series perfectly. This was so easy to put together. You literally just press in the tall wooden piece into the groove of the base! It’s a tight fit so that it doesn’t budge once assembled.The spot at the back is perfect size for the tea light to sit in the hole flush. This is so well made and so pretty!

Very poor quality
This review is for “Fantasy Dragon Book Nook.”At the time of this review the brand is listed as Nichake. However, at the time I ordered it, the brand was listed as a different brand, which seems very odd to me. It came in minimal packaging: just a plastic baggie instead of a nice box like reputable brands.This booknook is of very poor quality. There’s no true assembly to be done, which is all the fun of a booknook. The only assembly is inserting the vertical part into the slot on the base.And it is so poorly constructed that you cannot even do that. The base appears to be two pieces of wood glued together—and they were glued together crooked, so the vertical piece cannot be inserted all the way in.In addition, the “stained glass” section isn’t glass or even paper or thin wood. It’s a thick slab of plastic. It looks terrible.It’s going straight in the trash. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Dragon piece doesn’t fit in hole, pretty, fits on shelf
This is a really cute piece to put on your bookshelf, especially if you are a dragon lover. The item is very lightweight, which is fine. Unfortunately, the hole for the dragon piece to sit in isn’t cut large enough for the insert to fit in. I can get one side in but not the whole piece. I tried squeezing it in and the protective plastic is being torn away. The dragon piece is plastic, and the base is layers of a lightweight wood, maybe balsa wood? There is a spot on the base to put a fake candle so it lights from behind, which creates a nice effect if the dragon piece fit in straight. I will continue to try making it fit, perhaps doing some sanding.

Beautifully put together, looks very much like a window to another world
This Nichake Fantasy Dragon Book Nook Decor is so awesome! It definitely exceeded my expectations!The design is very well done, with wood detailing and the dragon picture framed and held perfectly. The wood is layered and the dragon image is within the layers so it looks like a true window. The dragon image is as shown, very pretty colors with a great "window" quality.Everything is well built, cut, and assembled. The window panel nests perfectly into the base, where you can use a candle or other light to backlight the image if you want to.The wood is beautifully stained and done. It really reminds me of dnd wood art that we saw at bazaars this past holiday - and those were shockingly expensive. This definitely looks way more expensive than it is.This is a great gift for kids, dnd fans, fantasy readers, really anyone. It is so unique and creative.A great buy!
