Pretty color, very soft and easy to fit. I highly recommend the 2 piece. Having the cushion separate from the rest of the cover is key. One piece requires constant retucking and rearranging. This stays in place and looks great. I had a big comfy chair that was no longer attractive but in great shape. It gave it a few more years life, I expect. My only request would be that they sell matching ottoman covers.
This slip cover accomplished everything I had hoped. The couch underneath was a blue and white stripe and in very good shape, but I wanted a change and hoped the stripes didn’t show through.I read a lot of the reviews and took a chance on the color luggage, which has proven to be the most perfect choice. It almost looks like a nice leather couch.The fit is perfect and the fabric is smooth to the touch. I could not be happier with the final result.PS I also bought the rug on Amazon to tie everything together!

I actually love it! Fits well enough. Not perfectly and the instructions were extremely vague for a first timer. It took me way longer than expected but finally figured it out! It makes our once bland living room come to life!
These covers are really nice. I had a similar set from a different brand that was slightly thicker and plusher but after years of use they were wearing down and it was time to replace them. I do appreciate that this brand offers separate cushion covers because sometimes you don't want to rip the entire cover off and wash it when you just need to clean a small section. And like someone else mentioned, the single piece covers can be quite tedious to tuck in constantly. My only gripe is that I wish this fabric was a little thicker, like my last set. I first went with the Ivory shade but it was so thin you could see the beige couch fabric through the cover so I exchanged my set and ordered the darker French Oak and I do like the color. Overall, this is a decent set that fits and looks good.
Overall: With a few small optional and/or easy tweaks, it fits wonderfully and I'm so happy to now have a classy (and soft!) velvet chair in my living room!Color: I ordered the deep teal and I was a bit worried because the color of the peacock blue and the deep teal are identical on the first photo of this listing, but the deep teal does in fact match the subsequent close-up photos well, as I had hoped!Sizing: I got the loveseat sized cover for the my chair-and-a-half which measures 40" deep, 30" high, and 52" wide. It fits very well - plenty of extra material in the middle means that the T-shaped back cushion can have the cover tucked in around the edges, which I like. Also, there is a nice pleated effect at the bottom. I was pleased that a single one of the cushion covers easily fits over the single cushion (28"x30", for reference). Plus, now I have extra material from the second cushion cover to make throw pillows from!Pros:- soft and stretchy- elegant- full 1" thick elastic around each piece- separate cushion cover design far exceeds other covers I tried that are meant to be tucked around the cushions (these consistently have the little foam inserts popping up!)Cons: as many have mentioned, the red tags in the back should be sewn on the inside rather than the outside of the chair, but I don't mind too much. (I may cut the tag as close to the fabric as possible and then adjust the seam slightly to cover it.)Adjustments I made for an even better fit:- Easy tweak: I decided to use pins to hold down the edges under the chair rather than use the included elastic, because while it does the job, it pulls unevenly, just from one point in the front to one point in the back and doesn't hold the sides in at all.- Optional tweak: Since the arm on the cover is sewn to be square I used my sewing machine to round it out (but I've included photos from before that as well, and it wasn't 100% necessary).Photos:1 - the fit before any adjustments2 - the fit after the adjustments noted above
Do you have a chair like mine that has been destroyed by cat claws? You need these covers in your life! Sooo soft and easy to put on. I was not willing to throw out this chair because it’s extremely comfortable, but was far from presentable in its condition. Voila! I have a new chair now, and better yet, the cats are NOT interested in scratching it now!
