    unisex scent, smells like a hotel

    This is one of the more budget friendly ones if you are to compare similar products in this category. At this price point it still seems pricey but if you look around you'll notice it is actually slightly cheaper than some of the other brands. I know 'santal' scents tends to be pricier but I did look at the other scents this brand had and they are all about the same price, so I don't think that's it. The thing with essential oils industry is there's really no regulation so I don't really know if the oils are from a quality source or mixed, etc, making it hard to judge. I'm not an expert so I'm not someone that will be able to tell the quality of the oils just by smelling it, but great if you are someone that's an expert in this field. When it comes to essential oils I personally feel that while expensive does not necessarily mean it is high quality or 'clean', I try to stay away from really cheap ones because I definitely know it doesn't use quality oils. Therefore I don't really complain about the price of these things because in this instance cheap may be good for your wallet but not good for your respiratory system. This is one area where you shouldn't be skimping because you are breathing it in.I noticed this is inspired by the famous Le Labo santal, which is very popular but also very pricey, so this could be a good "dupe". I personally have never smelled the Le Labo version so I can't say how similar it smells to that. This is a unisex scent but more on the masculine side than feminine. I really like that this is usable with different types of diffusers, although it will be most suitable and convenient to use with Scentsation's diffuser. This does make your home or space smell like a hotel. I did use with with my own diffuser (not Scentsation brand) and it was a pleasant aroma for my husband and I. I am always in search of a hotel like fragrance for my home and after trying this one I'll be looking at some of their other fragrance options. If you think you'll enjoy 'santal', give this one a chance. This one doesn't come with a dropper so you'll have to provide your own if that's how you dispense to your diffuser, best if used with a Scentsation brand diffuser.
