Nice jar, smell is subjective

I love candles but do not like loud or perfume smells. This candle is okay, but did smell a little like soap to me when I opened it. What I like best about this is the message on the jar. Honestly, that is really what you are buying.This is a fun gift for the newly engaged. They will enjoy burning it and remembering the time they got it, like at a shower.This is made from soy wax. When it cools, it cools lumpy and not smooth surfaced like other waxes. While I’m not a fan of soy wax, it does burn fine.This is a fun gift for the newly engaged.

A nice candle

The jar is nice enough and the wax seems to be of good, clean burning quality. It does smell of lavender though there isn't much to speak of regarding scent throw. It's nothing super impressive but it is a decent quality candle that smells nice.
