Seller please contact us, we know mistakes happen. We would need another one fast though

Much shorter then the dimensions listed , we’re going to try to make it work by asking if they could just send another one and we will make it work but that wasn’t an option. Pretty upset because it was beautiful and the end tassel was sewn to the middle of the fabric :( if you would like to reach out to us we just need the one we ordered but the dimensions listed and we know mistakes happen so we know that it won’t be sewn together again . Let us know

I love these valances. They are both gorgeous and elegant. They are made of good quality and hangs well. They did not arrive wrinkled but there were a few creases in them. After hanging them the creases fell off in 1-2 days. I had to order 2 additional pairs to get the look I desired. The seller explains in amazing details how to hang the curtains to achieve which look the customer desires, along with how many valances you will need for each look depending on the size of the window. My only disappointment was that one of the valance were a return items. As it was packaged in a simple bag, instead of professional bag and wrapping. I paid full price and I did not receive a discount. Otherwise, I am very pleased and feel my purchase was worth it.

Very Elegant

What I didn’t like was that there were no instructions on how to place the valances on the rod. I ended up needing three more valances and had to watch “you tube” to figure out how to put them up. The curtains were NOT ready to be hung up, they needed ironing. For the price though I am not complaining. They are durable and don’t hang that well until you play with them and force them to stay put. If you can believe it, my husband figured out how to put the valances up!! Great material but next time give a heads up that the valance you display is not shipped that way. Again GREAT QUALITY FOR THE PRICE!!

Great looking drape selection

In short: the product is excellent! I originally ordered 3 valances and 2 panels (all new). However, I found I needed 4 valances for my window width, so I jumped back online and the only choice was for a used option (at 25% of the cost and appeared to be brand new, except the "Amazon Inspected" sticker). I'm very happy with the installed product. In the past, we've always had custom-made drapes, but thought I'd give it a go on my own for this particular room. Glad I did as it came out looking great at a fraction of the cost. Very happy with this product and recommend. Only advice is to reference the Elrene chart to determine the number of valances you need (in consideration of your desired installation look).
