Nice frames for the money!

I was overall happy with the product that I received, but one of the pins that the frame floats on was broken when I received it. I used a little wood glue to put it back in, but that was a little bit of an annoyance. I do think the staining could’ve been a little better but when I put the pictures in, they look great in my home. These are a great value for the money. I’d even consider giving these as a gift in the future.

Buyer Beware

These frames were recommended as a replacement for the ones I have been getting.I got 2 frames. Basically a poor substitute for my regular choice. The black stain is not consistent between the frames. It was a chore getting one of the frames apart. The directions aren't as clear as they could have been. One of the holes is spring loaded, so you can't push the inner frame to the left or right as directed. One of the wooden bolts was a little long so it took a while to tease the inner frame out. I had to sand down the frame plug to get it to close.I was concerned when I saw the jagged edges on the frame glass. Basically, poor quality control.

I bought the 8x10 set and the 5x7 set both sets were had pegs broken off before I got to use them. This company should be ashamed to sell such poor craftsmanship. I need a refund!!!!
