Thin material, not blackout

Not true blackout curtains. Very thin. I got the black color and I could see light filter through them. The sun isn’t full up so I don’t know how they will do in direct sunlight.I give them 3 stars because they do darken the room but again, they are on the side of the house that doesn’t get direct sunlight.Not blackout, thin and offer no insulating properties. The main thing is, not blackout.
