Very beautiful and the fabric is heavy to block out the sunlight. The color is more muted than the Pic so if you are looking for more blue tones this option is not it. It comes off as grayish blue which works for me.
I got these to cover two smaller windows that sit at kind of an awkward height in my living room. They're not especially wide, but they're tall, so I the plan the entire time was to use a panel on each window, and not two panels on one window as is the norm.You'll immediately notice the heft of these curtains, they feel absolutely robust (it took me a minute to think of a good word for them!). But despite being super heavy, they're also incredibly soft to the touch, and feel just... fantastic, I've probably never felt curtains with such a nice texture to them.Hanging them is as easy as any other curtain, even with the weight, and my normal rods don't seem to have any trouble holding them up.After going up, I was just stunned by how perfectly they not only fit the window, but the entire room.Pointing the dark side outwards is a good way to stop the heat of the sun from getting into your room, remember to open them if you want the morning sun to heat your room up on a cold winter morning or you're gonna lose all of that heat into the fabric... this is gonna be really helpful during the summer months for sure.They block every ounce of light, even the bright morning sun I mentioned above, and really mellowed out the room that I hung them in, which wasn't too hard considering they replaced old sheets.One hundred percent happy with these, and they were perfect for what I got them for, just don't have enough good to say.
These are genuinely well-made blackout curtains. The fabric is thick, heavy, and has a rich jacquard texture that feels substantial — not flimsy at all. Once they’re hung, they create deep folds and a really polished, high-end look. Light blocking is excellent; they noticeably darken the room and give that calm, cocoon-like feel that’s perfect for sleeping or quiet spaces.The only thing to be aware of is the color. They’re listed as blue, but in person they read much more like a soft seafoam green or green-leaning blue. Still very pretty — just not the true blue tone shown online. If you’re flexible on shade, they’re easy to decorate around and look beautiful in neutral or coastal-style rooms.I chose these for my dad’s room, and they’ve been a wonderful addition. They help keep his space darker and more comfortable in the mornings, and he absolutely loves how they look. If you’re looking for heavy, true blackout curtains with an elegant textured design — and you’re okay with the color leaning greener — these are a really solid choice.
I’ve had absolutely no issues with these curtains and have been really pleased with their performance so far. They seem to keep just as much cold air out as my other insulated curtains, and they block a significant amount of light. I wouldn’t consider them 100% blackout, but that’s mainly because they hang over the window rather than being adhered inside the frame. Even so, they do an excellent job at darkening the room.The product description mentions that darker colors block more light, which feels accurate. I chose a lighter shade, and the color was exactly what I expected: a very light blue that borders on gray with a soft blue hue. It’s neutral and works well with my space.The fabric is very soft to the touch but still feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy or thin. They hang nicely and give the room a cozy, finished look. I haven’t needed to wash them yet, so I can’t speak to how they hold up after laundering, but based on the quality so far, they seem like a solid, durable purchase. Overall, these curtains feel like great quality for the price, and I would definitely recommend them.
I really liked these drapes and believe they would’ve kept the summer heat out wonderfully. They weren’t for my bedroom though, and my mother thought that they would be too light and would’ve rather had the gray ones.The gray ones would’ve been nice, the floors are gray. But the light blue ones are really nice too, and lightweight for a blackout drape.So, begrudgingly, took them back, but I did want to write a quick little review just to say you can’t go wrong with these-they’re right in line with the prices of others and I think they’ll wash up and hold up well for years to come.
