Cute and a fun nightlight but difficult to set up - to take off the paper backing

Yes, this is cute and yes it will be nice in my guest bedroom for when the grandkids visit, but there is one thing that I found really annoying. I do like the colors changing and I like that there is a remote control - as well as you can turn the light on by the button on the base, BUT I couldn't get the protective backing off of it. I finally got my partner to try it and he finally got it. I was about ready to apply super glue to the backing and attach a toothpick or something that I could use as a handle, but he finally got it off. It was so frustrating that I was regretting getting it at first. I tried several times over a period of three days before I asked for him to try.

I got this to hold back as an Xmas present for my BiL. He is a drummer and loves funky lights. The drum etching on the plate the light shines through is heavily detailed, and I can clearly tell what everything is. The light comes with a remote with many different lighting options and sets. You can use a USB type-C to power the light or 3 AAA batteries. When ran off of battery power, the light can run for up to 12-13 hours.My reviews are based on my experiences with the product, not on my status as a Viner.
