These curtains are so beautiful, buttery soft & I love that they are room darkening. They look so amazing in my living room and I get do many compliments on them. I bought the matching valences for my kitchen and I absolutely love how they have brightened up my home! The price was very reasonable for the quality! I’m already looking at other Driftaway curtains for my mudroom.
These are VERY nice! They are lightweight yet are thermal lined and room darkening. I wasn’t sure about that when I first got them because they aren’t as “heavy” (weight wise) as the ones I had before. I live in one of the hottest cities in the USA - Yuma, AZ. Sun coming in our patio sliders will heat our entire house in no time! That’s nice when it’s 60° out, but when it gets to 120° I need that sun kept out! Today temps were 80° so it was a great test. Windows were HOT, but no heat came through the drapes! Perhaps newer fabrics are doing the same thing with less weight. Gotta love that! I am happy with the look and the performance. (I have not washed them yet.)They look fabulous up!NOTE: For some reason I thought the price was for each Panel. There is a pair in each package. I used 2 packages (4 panels) 84” long for standard patio sliding door
I like the style, print and everything about these curtains. They wash and dry perfectly, no wrinkles, ready to hang. I would expect to spend more for them. They don't 100% block light,; I would say about 85%. The room does warm up even when it's 30°f outside. I'm looking forward to how they'll cool when it's 98°f with noontime sun.
I got the big green leaf pattern and I just love them. The linen fabric and the pattern add a vintage look to the room and that is just what I wanted in my 1920 bungalow. In addition to that, they are lined, which helps with light and sound and adds warmth.
I'm very pleased with the print on these curtains and how high the quality is. They feel sturdy and look like they were custom made. The print is crystal clear, and the texture is gorgeous even from a distance. I wish they filtered out a little more light than they do out of the box, but I can easily add some backing to these. Of course, when they're more bunched up, less light comes through, as pictured, but I feel that if I gather them any more than this, the pattern won't be as readable as I would like. Here they are hung up behind a queen sized bed with one panel on each side, next to some walmart blackout curtains (mainstays - papyrus beige) I'm looking forward to replacing the Mainstays with a matching solid set in this brand. I'm also very happy with the versatility of hanging options. It's become hard to find curtains without grommets. 5 stars if they filtered a little more light than this!
I love these! They are beautiful and perfect for the look I was wanting. I get many compliments on these. As far as the “warmth” part of the review, I didn’t give them 5 stars BUT I also didn’t buy them for warmth. I live in a cold climate and always have. I have a pretty good idea what fabric and structural design will work for warmth. These are heavy and well constructed, but not lined/insulated, so warmth or heat insulation is not the primary function of these. I bought them for a certain look and they did a fantastic job for that. Love them and very happy with the purchase. Plans to purchase another set for our lower level patio doors, in the near future. I bought these to use in my main living area and in our bedroom.
I LOVE these curtains! First, they are just gorgeous and bold and really dressed up my room in an instant! But even better, the fabric is amazing - thick, but incredibly soft and DOES NOT WRINKLE!! First curtains I've ever had that I could hang straight out of the package without running through the dryer or iron to get the creases out. That feature alone is worth every penny! Highly recommend - you won't be disappointed! Thanks so much!
