I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about? I installed two sets of the on two 119” openings and I must say they ARE BUILT FANTASTIC! I did opt to use my own decking screws instead of the Chinese metal ones provided and I couldn’t be happier. I screwed into existing wood studs and used the center supports. Maybe the bad reviews were people going into Sheetrock and or attempting use the wall anchors. I could see that not working out very well. I see this as a great product and design. They are SUPER STURDY and arecurrently 4 sets of outdoor curtains. I would definitely buy again!

Designed to leave drape and sheer on, too difficult to change and clean them.

Described on Amazon as fitting window up to 51". More like 47" if you are lucky enough to get the rod to open that far, otherwise there is no support for it. Have to put entirely together piece by piece and hard to put on a sheer and drape as you need to take each section apart to do. Sadly it is a nicely made rod and strong, just poorly thought out for ease of use.
