High quality, sturdy and elegant

These are high quality, solidly built, strong and sturdy curtain rods. The color is brushed gold, not a shiny brass (which is what I wanted). The only negative I have noticed so far, is they do seem to scratch easily when sliding in and out of the the brackets. The scratches are light and look almost like its the clear film lifting. You cannot see the scratches when fully installed, but just be careful. Other than that, I have no complaints so far. They blend nicely with either casual or formal look, very understated elegance. I would buy them again.
