Worked perfectly for displaying china we really are better for display than eating on. Looks great in the glass cabinet space at the very top of the kitchen cabinets that really don't have any other practical use.
Had my China set been sitting on the shelf for too long without the ability to be displayed, until I got this. Now I can proudly display my China set
Sturdy. Molded plastic. With the enclosed rubber feet they are non slip in China cabinet. Plate holders are good. Cup holders are ok for use alone but not if you want to have the cup held up beside the saucer in a display style.
One of plastic cup holders was cracked. The plate holders look like they are covered in chalk. They do hold the plates without imbalance
While both the plate holders and tea cup/saucer holders could be argued to be made of clear plastic the holders for the plates are a bit cloudy and I feel it detracts from their appearance and elegance of design. The cup and saucer holders are lovely and clear and do not detract at all from the display. I think if you were using big plates the cloudiness of the plate holders could be overlooked but as I’m using them for small dessert style plates they are more noticeable. These are a nice price for the number of display pieces you get and they do a good job of securing plates for view.
Wonderful easy way to display my china in my cabinet, great size!! Bought again!! Lightweight, great value for your money!
