I bought this picture frame for a coworker who recently lost their cat, hoping to give them something small and meaningful during a really tough time. Losing a pet is never easy, and I wanted a gentle reminder of the love they shared.The frame looks nice in person, with a warm, darker wood-like finish and clean, crisp lettering. It’s worth noting, though, that it’s not real wood. It’s more of a composite material made to look like wood, but honestly, it still presents nicely and feels sturdy enough for display. At $12 at the time of writing, it does feel a bit much for what it is.There’s also no hanging hardware on the back... no hooks, no slots, nothing to use for hanging included...so you have to use the stand it comes with. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of if you planned on mounting it on a wall.Despite those details, the frame has a lovely, comforting design, and the message is touching without being overly sentimental. It’s a sweet, thoughtful memorial piece that makes a meaningful gift, even if it isn’t real wood and only works as a standing frame.

It’s made of pressed wood, but it’s surprisingly well crafted and sturdy enough to display on a shelf or in a special place dedicated to pets who’ve crossed the Rainbow Bridge. It comes with a stand, though I do wish it also included a way to hang it on the wall. That said, it would be easy enough to add a simple hanger yourself.The sayings aren’t engraved but applied as appliqués; however, they’re securely attached and look thoughtfully done. The photo cover is thin plastic—I would have preferred glass, though I understand it’s probably for safety. If it had a glass cover, engraved lettering, and a built-in wall-hanging option, it would easily be a five-star item. Still, those aren’t dealbreakers.Add a photo of your furry friend, and this becomes a beautiful, heartfelt keepsake.

Not made of wood, but nice frame.
A very cute frame that I plan on using for our beloved American Bulldog, Bruce. It came wrapped in plastic and has a stand that is used to keep it upright. There is no other hanger on the frame, but it is light enough to attach Velcro hangers. It is made of materials similar to wooden puzzle pieces, so not a wooden frame, but the print on the frame is done well and looks of wood. The stand is made of the same materials as the frame. And of course the saying on the frame sums it all up! Good frame for the price!
