Damaged item (during shipping)
There was a slight hiccup with my order (which came a day after I ordered an item which was a day or so before Christmas), and Lizton corrected it so fast and immediately sent a new item. I wouldn't hesitate using this company again. They were phenomenal and my item exceeded my expectations. The price was terrific and they shipped so quickly (next day and it was a customized order! I don't even know how that was possible!) My item was damaged during shipping (the box was bent or crushed) but they remade it and sent another immediately. I couldn't be happier! Thank you!
