A prefect gift
I am madly in love with my new desk goose! I have named her Monique, and she has a place of honor next to my monitor. I have wanted a desk goose for ages and ages, and she is perfect. At 7" tall, she is not too big, and she is perfectly weighted to stand on her own two webbed feet. She is well worth the $15 price I would have paid.The magnet wouldn't hold a whole set of keys, but that's fine with me I never planned on using it for that anyway. I can't wait to make new outfits for her!
At the time of this review, this 20 pack of mini garden gnomes is listed for about $10. That works out to roughly $0.50 per gnome, which is a fair value.These gnomes are very small, only about 1 to 1.5 inches tall, but they do have a surprising amount of detail for their size.That said, quality control could definitely be better. Several of mine arrived with paint smears, which takes away from the overall look.I have a lot of gnomes in my yard, and our house is basically known as the gnome house in the neighborhood. I thought these would be a fun addition to place closer to the sidewalk, maybe even for people to take if they wanted. My daughter had a different idea and wanted to keep them grouped together with our other gnomes instead.The set includes 4 different colors and 4 different messages. The yellow ones say “Happy,” the pink ones say “Love,” the red ones say “Lucky,” and the blue ones say “Hi.”If you go in with realistic expectations, these are a fun and inexpensive set. They would work well as small decorations, party favors, or little extras in a gift.I do recommend them, just keep in mind that the quality is much lower than full size garden gnomes.
