Measures about 4" tall x 6.5" wide x 0.25" thick, and is supported by two wooden legs that attach into the cutout parts of the frame and is sturdy. It's kind of a cool little old school photo frame style...and has a positive quote on the front that's engraved out of the solid wood. I like that it feels very hand-made, personable and classic.The front frame has the phrase "Sometimes you forget you're AWESOME, so this is your reminder" next to an oval cutout for a photo that you slip into the frame from the top slot. Oval is about 2" long x 1.25" wide...so not a large area for your photo but enough for a headshot. I've put my dog in...but really I need this for myself, HAHA!Makes a nice gift for someone who maybe needs something to put a smile on their face.
