These are slowly becoming one of my favorite decorating pieces! They cam packaged nicely and safe, as they are REALLY solid and heavy. BUT.... that being said, they are exactly what bookends should be and hold up a lot of books! They have nice detailing and are fit for all seasons. I'm sure they will last forever and will be adored forever, too!
I use these to hold up a number of heavy cookbooks - work well and quite heavy, but will topple over with a little pressure because my books are so heavy.
I love these squirrel book ends. My family had some when I was younger. They keep my books stable and look adorable. These are not light weighted, they are heavy to keep the books from moving.
These squirrels are the cutest addition to my bookcases. Perfect weight to help anchor the bookcases down and holds the books in place. Detail in not great up close but they are super cute holding the books up.
Despite being cast iron, these topple over easily. Better for smaller books. I was also sent the wrong color option, but decided to keep them.
Quality, heavy duty bookends.
It's heavy enough and cute for squirrel lovers. The only thing is the face is wider and kind of looks more doggish. That's the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Still a would buy again!
