Love the linen color!

I like these curtains so much, I bought more for another window just a few days after hanging a set in my master bedroom. These are thinner than the average black out curtain- which is a plus for me. I’m not a fan of bulky fabrics, particularly as drapes, so I usually steer away from black out curtains. Even though these are thinner, they work just as well, effectively blocking the morning sunlight. The material is of great quality and the linen color is perfect, I was going with whites and tans in the master bedroom and bath, but I ordered a few tan items that actually look more yellow (a color I highly dislike) than tan, so I decided to switch gears in the color scheme to whites and light brown. The linen drapes work perfectly for this. The material is high quality and the length is perfect, while installation is easy- I used the rod insert method and I was finished in no time. The curtains had just a few wrinkles that fell out quickly once they were hung. The price point is fair and overall, this is a solid purchase,

Not the fanciest curtains but they work as they should but feel plastic-y

I have to start off by saying these curtains do exactly what they are supposed to do: They black out the light and they help keep the heat in the house. They work like they should. Alas, I am a bit of a curtain snob unfortunately so I wont be keeping these up. I knew as soon as I opened the package that these were not the curtains I was looking for. As soon as I touched them, all I could register was the plastic-y feel I felt they had and I knew once they were hung they were going to drive me up a wall. They have been hanging for a week now and they are still creased and wrinkled and they do not want to hang right. I think if I took the time to wash them and let the hang dry they would probably hang in a much more appreciated way but since I don't like them, I really don't feel like wasting the hot water and then inconveniencing myself by air drying them in my house. I only docked one star due to the plastic feel of them, but overall I think I am just more of a satin/velvet curtain person. I have had nice linen curtains before and these definitely wouldn't qualify as "High quality" but they are a nice even color, the stitching is tight and there are no snags, or runs, or hanging threads. They are certainly usable and I think with some care people could make these look decent in a room and they will help keep the temp stable.

Pleasantly Surprised!

When I first opened the package containing the Deconovo Linen-Textured Total Blackout Curtains, I wasn't too sure if they would truly be blackout curtains as they felt really thin and thought that there was no way these curtains are going to block out any light. But...I was totally wrong and to my surprise, I will say that they absolutely do as described, they blocked out all of the light!I hung them up on a morning that it wasn't sunny-sun is hard to come by here in the winter, but it was very bright out. I closed the curtains and wow, the room was totally dark, I was impressed!Pros:I love that you can hang either hang them by the tabs (which I prefer) or there is also a rod pocket to hang them.They are totally blackoutThey are the same color on both sides, so if you're covering a window say, in the front of the house, the people on the outside see what you see inside, unlike some other curtains where they are usually a different material and color. They are also true to the color pictured.Cons: After thinking that they would be too thin to be blackout curtains (just by feel), and then hanging them up, I will honestly say that there are no cons to these curtains.I will attest that I cannot tell if they work to insulate the window or not, but we have new windows so those are pretty well insulated to begin with.I definitely recommend buying these blackout curtains; they are worth the price and I will definitely order more when I need to replace my other blackput curtains!

Unlined drapes with a stiff, tightly woven fabric

These curtains are listed as thermal insulated but the ones that I received are not lined at all so I’m not sure what the room darkening property will be, but they certainly won’t retain any heat. The fabric is also not linen textured at all. It’s a tight weave like a men’s dress shirt, more of a poplin than a linen. It’s stiff and doesn’t drape nicely like the photo. Plus the color is straight up brown, not khaki. I was expecting the nice light color shown in the photo that had a more natural look, so overall they are disappointing. For regular drapes they are fine, but for thermal insulated room darkening they fall flat.
