These pretty swallows were the solution to softening the appearance of the huge, gaping, glaring skylight cavity in my living room ceiling. They are light weight, so with some hooks screwed into the ceiling and a bit of wire, these birds made a big improvement. Plenty of light and air circulation as needed for spaces like that, but now with a bit of whimsy.
This metal wall decoration arrived in perfect condition today. Looks exactly like the picture and it's lightweight but made very well. Not flimsy in the least. Birds are larger than I imagined but they are beautiful and life like.
It arrived in great shape. It's lightweight which is good overhead where you sleep! That made it easy to install, one person, two wallboard hooks nailed in, sculpture has two circles built in at the back for hanging (although they're each behind a bird and a bit hard to use a pencil to mark where the hooks go). It fills the space over a queen headboard but would fit as well or even better over a king bed. Colors are subtle enough, not gaudy at all.
This is a very sturdy large sculpture.
The metal is good quality and I love the colors and the uniqueness of the birds in flight. Just what I needed to take up space on a high wall.
Arrived damaged cannot be repaired unless by welder please advise about this order
