Great quality custom product. I ordered the velvet feel upgrade for my rug amd uploaded a custom image I made with the help of AI. The image is so clear and the material is so soft!! Far exceeded my expectations. This was a christmas gift and my boyfriend LOVES it. The only negative is the shipping took a week longer than expected with the holidays so it cake after Christmas. Be aware this is an international company. Realistically shipping will take 2- 2 1/2 weeks.
Print quality looks fantastic!!! Overall they did a great job on this custom print EXCEPT they folded it with the design side out, resulting in this creases that seem to be permanent (see photos). Really wish they either folded it with the design facing inward or perhaps rolled it into a tube, also with the design facing inward to prevent this from happening.
Was looking forward to this rug to add a pop of personality to my room and was highly disappointed with what I received. Poor quality you can see the lining not many layers at all the replicated the design perfectly but the rug just gives off low quality
The rug came out perfect. It looks exactly like the picture. The quality is great and we received it very quickly.
