Surprisingly Excelent
I needed some kind of runner to go on the floor for when the kids come in from playing in the pool / mud / whatever-it-is-they-found-today so my floors don't end up a disaster. I found this and figured I'd give it a shot - the price was right, it was long enough and narrow enough to fit in the space I have, and it claimed to be machine washable. I gotta say - I love this thing! I've had it for about a year now and have used it everywhere - just inside the back door as originally planned, as a leadup to the cat's litter box (bonus - no more litter all over the place), and just inside the front door in the winter to catch all the slush and salt that comes in. I'd be lying if I said my floors were now so clean you can eat off of them - but that's largely due to the kids... who do, in fact, eat off my floors regardless. I've washed this countless times and it's only just now starting to show signs of wear on the rubber bottom (still works though with plenty of "grip"), the top still looks brand new! I'm back to check out other sizes and designs for some of my other high-traffic areas.
