The front is carved, and the back is not. Would be nicer if both sides were. All the same, it is beautiful and finished with a nice glossy finish.
I bought this to create an ofrenda for Dia de muertos. It’s a beautiful addition hi added a butterfly to it and it makes my ofrenda look just perfect!
It's on my kitchen island behind my schedule book / planner, and helps be remember and be thoughtful of everyone in my family, especially my 4 children who have moved away, my sisters, who also live away, and one who has passed, my parents, and everyone else in my family, as well as those in the world. That may sound corny. Well then call me a fool - a very accomplished fool.
