Sturdy, fun, and dog-approved! These dachshund bookends are bigger and heavier than I expected, and they easily hold a good amount of books without sliding. The color is great, and my dog even started barking at them thinking they were real dogs. Definitely a fun and functional addition to the shelf.

Super cute but WAY bigger (both in terms of height and length) than anticipated—about the same height as a standard size reading book. Loved the quality and color but ended up sending back simply because I wanted something more subtle, rather than a total statement piece.

This is a great bookend for any dog lover. It looks just like my dachshund. It has a good weight and seems pretty sturdy. It’s alittle bigger than I thought it would be which is actually a positive. It does it’s job and holds up the books. Also if you put them side by side they line up pretty well to make a full dog.
