Fantastic Fit

I have 3 white boxers who shed the the tiny hairs, so I need 2 couches covered and of course both couches didn't quite fit the mold of the typical couches shown for these cover so I had to do some piecing together from different sets available! I bought the 5 piece to fit to my larger 3 cushion couch for its length...it was on the long end for the suggested length but it stretched to fit perfectily on the base of the couch and the center square cushion. I bought separately the t-cushions for the remaining two cushions. I could not be happier...the pieces fit like a glove and remain in place even with the dogs jumping up and down on them. I purchased the light gray color and it has been great for not showing their white hair. I was worried about the softness, but it has been wonderful. Very cozy, my husband has commented several times about the softness. For the 2nd couch which is an l-shaped couch, but the chaise is a chaise cushion with an ottoman that is not attached to the regular couch (different than most sectionals as the entire chaise is normally a completely separate piece) so I purchased the 4 piece sofa option to cover the base, a large single cushion cover for the chaise cushion, and the small ottoman cover. The back cushions of the couch were loose pillows, but the base piece was large enough to cover the couch and add back in the the back pillows and seems to be holding them into place nicely. The large single cushion cover is covering the slightly l-shaped chaise cushion even though it was slightly wider than recommended on the package. I did purchase some elastic straps to hold this cushion cover in place and it is working well...hasn't come off once. The square bottom cushion covers fit the remaining cushions well and I was able to use some of the left over bottom cushion covers to slip over some of my larger pillows to place at the arms of the couch. I am very satisfied with this purchase and the price was super in comparison others available, particularly the 1 pc option for the l-shaped couch. Even though I had to buy multiple pieces to work for my couches, I still saved money overall and my couches still look trendy and neat! I have not yet had to launder them, but I they were easy to put on, so I'm not concerned and the fabric is quality and I feel like it will hold up well.

Works for T-Cushions!

I am a real buyer and this is a real review. Sorry...just had to say that because sometimes I wonder about reviews. I bought this stretch fabric Chun Yi sofa slipcover in the SAND color option to cover an old pink floral patterned sofa and loveseat purchased by my grandmother in the early 1990s. I hated to get rid of the sofa/loveseat because the frame and cushions were still in GREAT condition - seriously ZERO sagging and more firm/holding up better than my new leather set at home...they just don't make them like they used to - but anyway...my son is now the only one living in her house while he attends the university 7 miles down the road (LA TECH...GEAUX DAWGS) and the floral pattern wasn't working for him and was throwing off his mojo...j/k...he's totally a gaming geek and could have cared less about the sofa fabric...but it drove me crazy when I visited. I first tried the well-known, more expensive Surefit brand - that was NOT stretch fabric...perhaps their stretch fabric would have worked better? - and it was a hot mess. It looked like the room was decorated for halloween, wearing sheets for ghost costumes and they would NOT stay put/constantly had to be readjusted - see pics if you think I'm exaggerating. I had to send them back and I RARELY return items...it was just that bad and too expensive to eat the costs - especially when paying for college. In all fairness to the Surefit brand, this is not a typical sofa shape, as it is a T-cushion style. This time I decided to try this off brand because I had ordered cheap stretch slipcovers for dining chairs that ended up looking so good and the fabric was so stretchy that I bought an additional dining chair cover to update my rocking chair/glider cushions, so I thought a sofa cover in the same stretchy fabric might just work for T-cushions. Boy am I glad I gave this brand a try! The slipcovers are SO stretchy, they actually worked for the T-cushion style on this already large sofa! And even though they are stretched to the MAX, they are thick enough that none of the floral pattern shows through - which I was worried about. If it was for me, I would have gotten white or ivory, but it's for my college aged son and KNEW white or ivory would be filthy looking in no time and that it would show his chocolate tri-coat papillon's shredded hair more, so I decided on the SAND color. Shipping was crazy fast.It was Amazon Prime 2-day work day shipping guaranteed for delivery on Tuesday and made it a day early on Monday - before I even got there! And I ordered it in June 2020 (during the COVID-19 fiasco). It is so easy to put the slipcover on the sofa that my son was actually the one who did it because they arrived a day before me since they were a day early. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on durability is because my son said that since it is stretched so tight he feels like it will eventually tear/pull at the seams...though it has not as of yet...but it's only been on there 2 days. Warning - The picture on the packaging showed a different style slipcover with only one cushion cover, don't let this scare you because thankfully it was the correct cover with 3 separate cushion covers in the packaging! I highly recommend these covers! They look amazing and are a total gamechanger for the appearance of this room! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GET THE EXPENSIVE NAMEBRAND SLIPCOVERS BECAUSE THESE COVERS ARE FANTASTIC! Pics show the room during the day, at night, and with the expensive non-stretch Surefit covers that looked so good on their website but were a real life disaster for comparison purposes.
