Poor quality, unfortunately

Package came like it was repackaged. There was a small piece of paper that had different writing but one word said "old". Many parts of the green jute became discolored to a brownish color. If you flip it around, the scallops are poorly sewn onto the rectangle jute. It's poorly constructed unfortunately. I've submitted a return.
