Soft. Yes soft even though the rug is not thick. Love it because it’s great for animals. Holds the floor. Basic comfort. Looks awesome. Just beware of cats. They love going under it. Yet still love it.Colorful. Love that it can be washed. Yes. Pets. Easy throw in machine to wash.It is made well. No excess strands come up.
This rug came exactly as described. Very soft but low enough for the door to swing over it without getting stuck. Easy to wipe away quick spills. It does not soak in immediately. Looks great. Also, folds easily for moving/storing.

Rug is soft, velvet-like texture. Lays flat right out of the package and there was no chemical smell. It’s thin and has a light soft grip underneath. Ordered 8x10 size and it’s true to size. Love the brown checkered color.
Seemed a little bit lightweight, but actually lays down better than my previous heavier one.And cleans up SO much easier!
I was very surprised and pleased with the quality and appearance of this rug. I have it in my kitchen on a tile floor and I’ve haven’t had any issues with slipping. The color is just what I was looking for and it’s not too thick or flimsy.
