Love these shades!
After replacing our sliding patio door with screened French doors, we needed to get new blinds, and I stumbled across Changshade's motorized blinds and decided to give them a go. After getting them for our patio doors, we then replaced the blinds in the windows to either side of the patio doors to match. Loved them so much, that a couple months later we did the blinds for each of the bedrooms, and a couple months after that, did the kitchen window, as well as the main front window (so now all the windows in our house have them). The customer service is beyond wonderful. They are extremely attentive to making sure that you're getting the right size for your windows and answering any questions you may have. We have two 15 channel remotes as well as individual remotes for most of the blinds. Because we bought the blinds at different times, I had to ask how to program the 15 channel remote, and customer service was very helpful. We have all of our blinds synced to our Amazon Echo, which makes setting up a routine for when to raise/lower the blinds quite simple. Will say that when setting them up, we were a bit confused when we went to raise the blinds by saying, "Alexa open the blinds" only to find out that "opening" the blinds means to lower them, and "close the blinds" means to raise them; it feels backwards as a command, but also makes sense because you're opening a scroll to lower the blinds, and closing a scroll to raise them. Even if you're planning on syncing them to your smart device, I would strongly recommend making sure that you have a remote (or several) as a backup incase your power goes out and you can't raise/lower them with said smart device (just be sure to label which remote/channel is labeled for which window it's synced to since they all look alike).
