Great for decoration! And for $5 it’s a steal honestly and is worth it. The smell is weird I will say despite reading reviews before I bought it, I recommend rinsing all of it with dish soap or something and leave it out overnight and the smell will completely disappear! (At least for me!!) overall love it and recommend it!
Nice artificial vines for the price
These 12 pieces of plastic vine garlands are a budget-friendly win for jungle, safari, or tropical-themed parties, photo backdrops, or even classroom/ playroom accents. They arrived neatly organized in a bundle, so unfolding them was a breeze—no frustrating tangles or knots like you sometimes get with cheaper artificial greenery.Each vine is dark green with decent leaf detailing (some texture and vein patterns), and they’re super lightweight, which makes hanging them effortless. I used command hooks and double-sided tape on walls and ceilings, and they stayed put without any sagging or falling. Perfect for draping over doorways, tables, or creating a quick jungle canopy vibe.They’re definitely more durable and reusable than those flimsy foil or paper backdrops—after the party, I just coiled them back up and stored them for next time (or future birthdays). For the price, you get a good amount of coverage, and they look surprisingly nice from a few feet away.The biggest downside is the strong toxic/plastic smell right out of the package—it’s that classic “new fake plant” chemical odor, and it lingered for a couple of days. I left them outside to air out for 24–48 hours, and it mostly faded, but it’s noticeable enough that I wouldn’t hang them in a small enclosed space right away. Up close, the plastic connectors between leaves look obviously fake (plastic looking and stiff), so they don’t pass for real foliage if you’re going for hyper-realistic decor.The good:- Comes organized and tangle-free- Super lightweight and easy to hang (tape, hooks, etc.)- Dark green with nice leaf details- More durable and reusable than foil/paper alternatives- Great value for 12 pieces—plenty for a decent jungle setupThe bad:- Strong toxic chemical smell that needs serious airing out- Plastic connectors look cheap and fake up closeBottom line:These are excellent for one-time or occasional party use—especially if you’re on a budget and want something lightweight, reusable, and easy to work with for a jungle theme. I learned the hard way that stringing long singular ivy, is not easy. Finding these “certain” style made decorating my bird cage much easier
They were extremely smelly and very cheaply made. Leaves were fall off just taking it out of the package. Not that many leaves on a strand as shown.
