No bright lights, amazing throw even w/ cheap melts, several choices for use
I received this wax warmer for $22.99. It arrived well packaged in the manufacturer’s box and was protected during transit. The instruction pamphlet is in English only. The power cord is 59 inches long, which is long enough for limited outlet placement without being excessive or getting in the way.The unit appears to be ceramic, and the removable melting bowl is ceramic as well. The bowl design is slightly raised in the center and deeper around the edges. The melting bowl being removable makes cleanup very easy, and it also allows you to swap bowls to change scents without waiting for wax to cool. (There are many universal wax warmer bowls available. I'd like to see Victoria Aroma offer them too.) The unit itself is very stable—it sits solidly on the surface without sliding or tilting. There are three heat settings (low, medium, and high), plus a timer with 2, 4, and 8 hour options, along with a timer-off setting if you live that kind of life. Power, heat level, and timer are all adjustable independently. When turned on, a small indicator light shows power, and the white silicone button glows orange. The light is subtle and not overly bright—no obnoxious or “soothing” lights. The unit is also completely silent. For testing, I used one wax cube on the high setting, about half the cube was melted after 30 minutes, and it was fully melted approximately 46 minutes later. On high, the unit does get very warm to the touch. I was able to touch it briefly, but another adult immediately pulled their hand back, so caution is advised. Heat radiated about 1 to 1.5 inches from the sides, so nearby items should be kept clear. The scent throw was excellent. I used inexpensive wax melts that I normally melt in a ceramic tealight warmer and honestly thought the wax itself was just bad. In this warmer, the same wax filled my entire master bedroom with fragrance. This would be ideal for small to medium-sized rooms. One note: the instructions appeared to mention wax melts only, while the listing states it can also be used with essential oils and jar candles. I was unable to recheck the instructions later because I am one of those people who fling them after a read over and have no clue what universe they land in, so this may be worth clarifying for buyers who plan to use anything other than wax melts.

We're entering a really high-tech era of wax warmers by just adding a few features!
I feel as though wax warmers are typically very straightforward to give feedback on: they warm wax. Some allow you to warm a candle on them, and that's pretty much it. This one, however, not only has some nifty extra features but also has controls I’ve never seen on any wax warmer anywhere. It is both beautiful and safe—I’ll get into that.First off, this thing is gorgeous. The pottery-esque swirling is truly a work of art. The black finish, which is almost matte with a bit of glossy reflection, is stunning, and the proportions between the warmer and the tray are perfect. Now, on to the fun stuff. This has a feature that is relatively common with warmers but not standard, which I definitely appreciate: versatility. You can remove the tray to turn it into a candle warmer, or you can pour essential oils or fragrance oils directly into the tray where the wax would go.The real impressive part for me is the remote. The first thing I noticed was the timer, which I’d only heard of briefly and obscurely before. I famously—and unfortunately—leave my wax warmers on 24/7.I know that’s not good, but I typically don’t think about it, and since nothing bad has happened yet, I haven't changed my behavior. Now, with this warmer, you can set a timer for 2, 4, or 8 hours. I love having the ability to run a fragrance for a short time if I have guests over or leave it going for the entire afternoon and evening. The star of the show, however, is the heat levels. You can choose from small, medium, or large amounts of heat. You have to have somewhat niche knowledge of wax melt composition and fragrance oils to appreciate this on a deep level, but anyone can appreciate the general idea: the less hot it is, the less fragrance is used up. You can have your favorite scent going for a full eight hours on low and still have it fully usable the next day. On the other hand, if a scent is way too strong, you can put it on low—or vice versa for a mild scent that needs a boost.I’m truly impressed with this development and almost want to rebuy all my warmers just to have this feature. This one has extremely high value for the price. I truly feel as though it’s a gift that this is available at this price and in these styles. I’m very happy, and you will be too!

Love it
This has been a really solid addition to my space. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, and it does it well. The design is sleek and simple, which I appreciate. It looks clean and modern without being bulky or distracting, so it blends nicely into a room instead of standing out awkwardly. It feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy or cheap.Performance wise, it throws fragrance very nicely. Once the wax melts, the scent fills the room consistently without being overwhelming. I typically keep it on the high heat setting, and I have not had any issues with overheating or inconsistent melting. The wax melts evenly and stays liquefied while in use, which keeps the fragrance strong and steady. The timer function works perfectly and is one of my favorite features. It makes it easy to set and forget without worrying about turning it off manually. The controls feel reliable and responsive.Another big plus is the plate. It holds up well in the freezer, which makes removing used wax simple. I can pop the dish into the freezer, let the wax harden, and it comes out cleanly without damaging the plate. After that, it goes right back to heating with no issues.Overall, this warmer works really well. It looks good, functions reliably, throws scent effectively, and has practical features like the timer and freezer safe plate. I have had no problems with it so far, and it has been a dependable way to enjoy wax melts at home. I think it’s a great value for how well it works.
