2 Small Nordic Heart Shaped Decorative Vases

These ceramic vases are really unique. When you place them together, they form a heart. They have a matte texture, and their sandy glaze makes them feel a bit rough. The bottom is also rough and non-slip. I had some trouble figuring out how they nestled together, but once together, they look like a small sculpture. I used pampas grass in my arrangement, but fresh or dried flowers would also be attractive choices. The vases have a boho aesthetic and make a lovely dining table centerpiece. They are an excellent value and a wonderful display item.

Cute vases, paint texture incomplete and runny (at inner rim)

These modern vases are cute, the paint is one of a textured variety with a grit in it so if you don't like that be aware. I don't mind it- but dusting them you definitely have to use something like a brush or non-cloth because I found that a dusting cloth stuck to it. Water is fine in the vases like the listing claims, I don't know about live plants in them though, I haven't tried them. They are a modern style and would look nice on a mantle either plain or with something simple in them--my biggest *however* or caveat to this is that placing them on a coffee table or someplace lower than eyesight you need to be aware of the inside of the vases and the poor paint inside the rim (see pictures) This is where you can tell that the vases were a truer white originally and when painted, they did not go the extra half an inch further down so that the vases inside rim is covered, the paint actually has runs/drips that are visible. I also kind of feel like these have to be used as a set because of the way they are made, one fits inside the other, I don't know how well it would work to try and use separately, but they look good together- I don't know why you'd separate them, but if you wanted to. I found trying to place things in them that only certain places in them really work because of the way they're shaped, but that could also be depending on what you're trying to use, I don't have a florist lying around on hand. They came well packaged safely in styrofoam so that is good too.Pros- cute, minimalist, modern style. Textured. Set.Cons- paint is patchy at the rim, leaves styling limited. Color a bit more cream than white (this may not be a con depending on your preference)All in all, Recommend.
