This Incense burner does the smoke rolling downhill like it is suppose to. But almost every cone needs to have the bottom flattened to sit upright and not have to worry about the cone falling over. I use a nail file to do mine.
I have purchased several of this type of burner and love them. It burns for a few minutes but aroma lasts for hours!
Any movement in the room causes the smoke to not flow down. I tried in a completely still room and it never reached the bottom bowl. It’s a pretty item but doesn’t work as advertised
Gave to my hubby as an anniversary gift, and he appreciated it. It's small and gives a calming effect to the room.
Love watching the smoke weave in and out of this figurine and pool on the bottom. Not a fan of the residue left behind. Not sure how to clean it. Not going to risk it breaking in the dishwasher so we will be cleaning it up by hand washing.
I have seen these online and always thought they were kind of neat, like a stinky fountain but in a good way. I have never been huge on incense in general but figured if I was going to try it I should get one of these backflow kinds. It works pretty well as long as there is basically no air flow around it, even breathing near it messes it up. If you walk past it the smoke gets blown over. Best used in a still room while you are also still and not breathing near it so much. Not sure exactly what all the colors mean on the cones (if anything), to me they all seem to smell basically the same like a general incense smell. Tweezers are kinda hard to use with the cones since they don't open wide enough without assistance and then dropping the cone in the right spot is a trick.Overall a nice look and it does what it should. Not a bad little accessory starter kit either.
