Had been looking for an insert I could put a dowel attached to a cross into and have it stay stationary. This works wonderfully. Wish it came in black or brown, because this green rubber insert inside a bronze vase is so ugly.
We have struggled for years with styrofoam inserts in our parents vases, decided to try these and they worked great! So much easier and tighter fit than the styrofoam.
They are wonderful!!! A little high but no more looking for foam inserts which are expensive... These are reusable!!!I place flowers on many graves 4 times a year
We have 3 different size vases at the cemetery. These worked great for all of them. Certainly will make it easier than carving styrofoam when we want to change flowers.

We got these to go with a resin vase that we got that fit the specifications for the cemetery, and unfortunately, they were not sized to fit the vase we bought, which is a very popular and common vase specifically approved by the cemetery. Together or the larger alone was too big, but the smaller was too small and fell through - it may help sit at the bottom to keep the flowers together but doesn't sit in the mouth as it should. Overall we kept it to try for maybe vases at home, but it didn't fit the very popular vase designs that are so common.
