Great system. Installed it myself

I'm really happy with the build quality, very solid. I purchased the 10 ft system. I read other reviews and took a different approach since I had to put it up by myself. I DIDN'T preassemble the track, instead I put one piece up at a time and joined them carefully using the provided seam. I slid the rollers up and down the track between the newly added pieces and they rolled smoothly. You can see in my pics that they don't line up perfectly, but this is due to the bulkhead I attached them to being uneven. No wall or ceiling is perfectly straight or level in limited experience but even with my crooked bulkhead the rollers still move really smooth and quiet. These are a great value for the money IMO.My pics show the steps I took adding one piece at a time. I used an old scrap piece of moulding as a spacer to make sure the after curtains we get done get stuck on the sliding doors moulding. I put up my old curtains, which are heavy (weight) blackouts, so I could check the movement and it's perfect.I would install the same on my next slider, which is smaller, since this seemed to go pretty easy for me. It didn't take that long to put to once I figured out the process I was going to use

Mounting brackets requirement

Concern:Only 1 wall mounting bracket per section was issued.However, 2 wall mount brackets per section is necessary to prevent sectiom from bowing in areas once curtains are hung.Solution: purchase addional screws to secure section to wall or ceiling to prevent bowing.

Not enough Brackets & No Customer Support Info — Very Frustrating

I wanted to like this — the product looks good and feels solid — but the installation hardware and documentation are seriously lacking. The frame has 8 pre-drilled holes for brackets (2 per section for 4 sections), yet only 4 brackets were included. The extra accessories package for purchase doesn’t have any additional brackets, and there’s no way to buy the correct matching brackets separately that fit this product.The product says to check the manual for compatible brackets, but the manual doesn’t list any part numbers or where to purchase replacements. It even tells you to contact them if parts are missing or broken, yet there is no email, phone number, website, or contact info anywhere. I’ve checked their Amazon store and nothing is listed.I’m concerned about the weight of my curtains and children pulling out of the wall since the extra reinforcing brackets can’t be obtained. I may have to return something I otherwise liked because there’s no support and no available replacement parts.

Construction difficult

So far, I’m not having a lot of luck putting it together. First of all, of course I’m five carriers short and I have three people arriving in the morning.. i’ve tried connecting the three pieces 8 feet together, but there are a lot of cracks. The connector metal is so soft that it won’t hold the peeps flat. Don’t know what to do about that. The holes in the ceiling mount are very small. I talk about to fit it wouldn’t work. I have a boyfriend that is the least bit a handyman, which is cause. Not an easy project with all the variables.
