Questionable instructions, troublesome installation, but the result is solid

I decided to use this to divide a basement room with some heavy duty curtains rather than installing a wall (for now). The track comes in 3x3' sections offering up to 12' total length. I believe it's made of aluminum and the tracks themselves are made of about 1/8" thick square tubing. Quick note about these, the edges can be extremely sharp! whether or not you decide to cut on to fit or not, I highly recommend wearing gloves when installing these.The rest of the hardware is fairly standard and what I'd expect. Included are both brackets and hardware to mount the track on either a wall or on a ceiling. Seems like a bit of a waste to include both, but I'm not going to judge it for that.Installation is tricky, and I would say not a 1 person job. The instructions are only 2 pages long, and while I wouldn't say more detail is absolutely needed, they did leave some questions unanswered. What makes the installation a bit awkward is that you are instructed to attach all the sections of rail before attaching it to the surface, meaning is you are planning to use all 12', you are holding up a 12' long piece of aluminum as you snap it into the brackets.Speaking of the brackets, a few tips. You should 100% use a chalk snap line to align all the brackets. Not doing this will easily and quickly lead to them not being in a straight line and the rail not snapping in easily, or having some unnecessary tension on it. Also, the instructions show using the outer hole on the bracket to screw it into place. I would very much recommend using the center hole so when there is weigh on the rail it is pulling straight downward instead of off to one side essentially using the bracket as a lever to pull itself loose.There are 10 brackets included, the instructions only show using 2 per section. I went with using all 10 and did my best to find a stud to attach each section to. The set comes with drywall anchors, and they would probably hold, but if you ever foresee someone grabbing the curtain hanging and pulling down on it, that stud security with give you piece of mind.After it's all installed, I think it looks pretty good. The white color makes it look pretty professional, and the hooks are small enough it doesn't look like the curtain is dangling. I used it to hold up 2 thick curtains (moving pad thick) and I haven't had any issue or concern about it coming off the hooks or the rail coming off the ceiling.
