Beautiful, heavy, cast iron taper candle holders!

I love burning candles so I was really excited to order these LEORAY cast iron taper candle holders!They feel very heavy, solid, and durable. They're made out of cast iron with a painted antique gold finish. The bottom of the candle holders has felt attached to them, so you don't have to worry about them sliding around or damaging your counters. These are quite substantial and you don't have to worry if you accidentally drop them, as they're very strong and won't get dented or damaged easily.I use these for burning my taper candles which are 6 inches tall and roughly 3/4 inches wide. Because the inner portion of the holders aren't completely flat, the candles were a little wobbly at first and wouldn't stand up straight. I put a few drops of melted wax inside to anchor them down and they stood up just fine after that. Once the candles burned down, the wax was pretty easy to remove and the gold finish still looks brand new.The candle holders look beautiful, rustic, and elegant. The finish is a soft matte gold that isn't super shiny but still stands out and draws your attention. The cast iron material is slightly irregular and not completely smooth all the way around which adds to the antique look. They look amazing on our dining room table, matching perfectly with our gold napkin holders and gold place mats.Overall these are a well made, classy, substantial pair of cast iron candle holders. They're not cheap but they should last forever as long as you keep them completely dry. If they're exposed to water, the antique gold finish will rust and could become damaged over time. They're a little pricey so I would wait until they're on sale to buy them.

Very Heavy | Chic | Well Made

These are absolutely incredible! I was surprised at how heavy they are. I know they are cast iron, but I didn't really realize until they came. They are a set of two; I showed just one for detail. The brass finish is scratch-proof, and it is the perfect size for a taper candle. These specifically will be going in my bathroom to match the other brass I have in there. They are very chic, I am not worried about getting them wet, and the picture of me holding one is for size reference. They are not huge and ornate; they are simple, elegant and highly functional. They are extremely sturdy due to the cast iron, and it is very difficult to knock one over. You would have to break the candlestick or knock that out before these would knock over.

Heavy weight and solid!

Heavy weight and solid. These are cast iron with a brushed gold paint over it (you can tell they're painted when you look at the top or bottom, which you won't see when using anyways), giving it an antique brass look, but is not true antique brass (which is accurately described in the title). They look nice and hold a standard tapered candle. My electric ones fit snuggly, my real tapers were a little loose but I usually melt a little wax into the bottom of candlesticks holders to fit those ones securely anyways. They are definitely solid and quality, but I don't know that I would say they are worth $30, that's a little steep.
