Touch of Calm, Tropical Elegance
Absolutely LOVE 💕💕💕💕this stick incense burner! I was going to stop using stick incense because I'm a very neat person and didn't like the messiness that went along with the stick then I found this incense burner! Not only does it contain all the ash it can burn up to 5 sticks at a time which I love 🥳🥳 Here u see cone incense, backflow incense and stick incense. I also burn at the same time dhoop and that rock stuff that requires charcoal to burn it. Definitely plan on gifting this burner to some of my best friends. One issue tho not insurmountable, when I loaded it with incense then went to put the top on, it wouldn't fit! The sticks were too tall. So I had to cut the stick off to about an 1/8th of an inch from where the incense starts before inserting. So I don't know if all burners like this have this issue or not. It's such a wonderful burner it's worth dealing with. Another note, I do use a small pair of cheapie wire cutters to cut the sticks and not scissors. It's was too much of a wrestle for my scissors.

Gorgeous product!
I've never written a review before but here it goes. What I enjoyed about this product is the beauty of it and it's gorgeous to look at... Annoying and frustrating because when you load the incense sticks into this, some of the incense stick out at the top once when you place the tower back and sadly the incense did not completely finish burning. Overall, this is a beautiful design and great for decoration purposes. I suppose this would be great for candles or small objects that will remain lit. I love this product and gorgeous craftsmanship.

Very nice product once you get the hang of stick height and how to keep the incense from prematurely burning out. Cones work really good but sticks can be a little testy at first. Love the design and how incense burn once they get going.

VERY POOR QUALITY!!!
At first it looks good, but the holes for holding the incense sticks are very shallow, and barely able to stand the sticks upright. The sticks lean so far over, they contact the inside of the chimney, putting them out EVERY TIME! What good is an incense holder, if it proves to be more of a problem than a help? I'm returning this item, and will never buy another item from this company!

Looks good but not very functional
Pretty but not functional. The cylinder height is too short for standard inscence sticks the tips are smothered and it does not catch the ashes as promised

Good buy
Does what it’s supposed to do and is stylish. The only thing I don’t like about it is the flat base because you had to carefully pick up both pieces in order to dump the ashes. It would be great to have a raised edge around it somehow.
