Very good
I got this tape to keep a rug from sliding. The tape is very sticky and does in fact work. The tape is challenging to work with since it will stick to itself and make you want to just start with a fresh piece since it is nearly impossible to get it to unstick from itself.I suggest you unroll the tape directly on the rug, pull the tape to the length you need and then cut it. If you try to cut a length and apply it after the fact, you will likely have it fold on itself and have the situation above. If the carpet comes up for whatever reason and you need to remove the tape, try to rub your palm on it to get it to roll. Otherwise you may not get it all off or you'll need a hairdryer to heat it up for easier removal.
NO STARS ! But I couldn't comment w/o any stars!!! Too hard to get out of packaging plastic (was stuck to it), and too hard to try to separate tape backing from tape to use -unusable!
This tape keeps carpets from sliding on my tile floor. Also works when a quick fix to stick other objects in place.
Finally found something that actually works on my “fake wood” floor. This rug tape has a super strong grip and keeps everything in place, even with pets running around. I was worried it might leave a sticky mess, but it comes up clean with no residue at all, supre easy to wash the rug. It’s easy to apply and the roll lasts a long time. My rugs haven’t budged since I put this down. Definitely a solid choice if you’re tired of constantly fixing corners or slipping mats.
I can see be busting my tail. IJS!This does not work well.I understand what it should have done but it didn't. Thankfully I caught myself before I did some real damage. Adhesion sucks. Not durable. It was easy to remove because it never did the job in the first place. I wanted to use this on my mom's carpet but not anymore. Maybe it will work for others. I have LVP floors.
Would not stick to the bottom of my runner rug. Even tried a second rug which has a smooth bottom. It sorta sticks to the hardwood floor but even then it was fairly easy to move
