Smells wonderful, burns long, and quality jar. Same price as every other candle which is not cheap, but reasonable. I don’t care for soy wax because it generally does not burn clean. This one is less impact on air quality than most the soy candles I’ve used.
Looked everywhere for a cardamom scented candle. Bath & Body used to make one long ago, but this one is even better than theirs. Burns evenly and throw is good in a large living room. Not fake or overpowering at all.

Can’t really smell it. I think the wax also has a funky smell. Had other brands of cardamom and cream and they didn’t give off a weird smokey/ moldy(?) smell like this one. I’d recommend getting a different scent from this maker
When I saw this cardamom-scented candle I snatched it right up. Cardamom is one of my favorite flavors/scents, and it's so underutilized in the United States.The first thing I noticed about this candle is that the burn time is impressive. I left it burning all evening from sundown to bedtime and it barely made a dent in the candle. I also like that you can put on a lid on it when it's not in use to keep out dust.The second thing of note was the scent. It makes the house smell like cookies are baking. Cardamom has such a warm comforting homey smell. This is a great candle for fall when you want to feel nested and cozy.I honestly can't think of any cons for this candle. If you love the warm smell of cardamom this will be a good choice for you.
I LOVE *hearty* candles. This one smells masculine and cozy. All that's missing is a lumberjack ready to cuddle! The top note is supposed to be cinnamon/peppercorn, but no fear to those who hate cinnamon - it's more of a rich pepper. I also picked up the cream middle note and wood/chestnut base. Nice candle, overall. Normally I would think $20 is a little overpriced for this, but it is made in Seattle by a smaller business so I do not mind supporting at a premium.
We have a few of the new style candle warmers that work nicely with candles like this. Overall, I like this candle for its aroma, its warm and inviting and yet not overpowering. My wife is sensitive to strong aromatic scents and will get bad headaches and even become nauseous from the wrong scents - this candle doesn't give her any issues so that's a definite win. The one issue I have is that the price point is a bit high for a candle, especially one that's a bit on the small size. I think that this candle would be better suited at 3/4 or even half the cost. With that said, if you don't mind the price, I think that you will like the aroma that this candle gives off. Keep in mind that I have not tested it by lighting the candle because we don't usually use them that way now that we have the warmers.
