A cappy little incense burner

This incense burner is so cheerful. It works beautifully, I love where the incense cone sits (on top of the rocks) so that as the incense burns, the smoke flows downwards and fills the pool that the capybaras are sitting in, giving them their own little spa moment. I also like that you can choose to just burn a stick of incense in the stick holder, or if you want to mix it up with scents, you can burn both at the same time. Perfect for any capybara fan in your life!

Cute

This is such a cute little incense burner, completely unnecessary, but cute. I mostly got it to sit on my shelves because I love capybaras, but doing the backflow does make it look like they are in an onsen. I will say that it could use some work, the paint job on the capybaras is a bit mid, the oranges especially needed a little touch up. Also the backflow cone holder is very prone to falling off, which kinda ruins the effect. Easily fixed with a little glue. It is very easy to clean off any ash and it does function well, if you want a backflow burner that is more cute than elegant than this one is great.

Unhappy with the color

The backflow incense holder works as advertised and I love the humor in the design. It actually looks like they are in a hot tub due to the smoke filling the tub. It flows very nicely, fills the room with relaxing scents. The burn rate is good and lasts a good while, which I like because it is very economical to use.The size is perfect and makes it very easy to store away. I just wish I went with the darker color because the light color on mine kind of takes away from it being more realistic and makes flaws a lot more visible.

Poor quality paint job

It's cute and it works, but it's poor quality. After the first use the paint became liquidy and rubbed off and smudged really badly. The directions say to wipe it down between each use but as soon as you wipe it down the paint comes up and smudges. When I put it back in the plastic that it came in to return it the paint got all over the plastic. I feel like the only way to use this and have it not get the paint messed up is to clear coat it before you start using it, but that may also cause the paint to run and smudge...

Have you ever wanted to cuddle a capybara?

What better way to get your zen experience going than with a pair of zen water potatoes lounging in a hot tub. I had been looking for a backflow incense holder and honestly this was one of those splurge items I decided I'd pick up because it matched a theme in conversations I was having that day about capybaras being chill water potatoes who enjoy lounging around in hot pools. When the cosmos send you a coincidence like that, I'm not one to question it. All that being said, I am still doing a review. The product is as you see in the first picture. Pay attention to the small metal piece on the bottom left. It is wrapped separately in bubble wrap and will be mistaken by some as packing and tossed. It the key piece for the backflow cone to sit on. The cones are not included, so you will need to provide your own. The back flow does work even though you can't see it in the photo. Something about the AI in cameras are now thinking mist is something undesired that to be scrubbed from the photo as though it's a dirty camera lens. Trust me, it was there. The pronouncement of the flow has more to do with your choice of cone though. MOUGIGI do recommend you wipe down the piece after each usage since incense cones have a lot of resin that drips down and covers everything over time. If it hardens it is really hard to remove. There is a spot for an incense stick to stick from. I found that part more useful than I expected because it allowed the longer stick to angle over the hot tub and the ash fell and was contained neatly inside. The piece is heavy resin (or ceramic). In either case it is sealed. I say resin because ceramic usually has an opening in the bottom from being kiln baked and this does not. The capybara are a little more pig like and I'm not sure i understand the red hats - but I'm willing to accept a little when it's clearly meant to be a little cartoonish. The white barrel had an option instead for a brown version. After usage I'd recommend the brown for the backflow since the brown resin leftover from the cone stands out on the white background. Ironically the white for the stick incense strikes me as the better option for that usage since the ash can leave white powder.
