Beautiful Old-Fashioned Quality Rug
The Chapel Rug Company is still making rugs the old fashioned quality way. Each rug is tagged and signed by the person who handcrafted and stitched it together.I've gone through many kitchen rugs hoping to find the right one. I've not had a solid woven rug in many years since they are harder to come by.I choose the moss multi rug in a 4x6 foot size for my kitchen. The colors are warm and inviting and adds a great look to the kitchen. The materials used included 34% wool, 33% nylon, and 33% polyester. The rug is solid, stitched together well and should hold up for years with care.I have a linoleum kitchen floor and needed to add a nonslip pad to help keep the rug in place. The rug adds just the right amount of thickness to make it comfortable to stand for hours baking and cooking.While the price may seem high to some, materials are costly and the work is very well done.For those not familiar with woven rugs please note the starting and ending points will usually look a little different as these areas must be secured well to withhold regular use and not fray. See photos as an example.I am very pleased with my purchase and am already considering my next rug purchase.

Very very nice
Beautiful! The colors are gorgeous. This is a classic. Super well made. Durable. It’s a little scratchy to touch, kind of like wool. The value is incredible. Thankfully no smell. Not sure about dirt, but it’s under my breakfast table so it will be ok.

Beautiful colors
Love this rug. Using it in my powder room and the colors are beautiful. I don’t think it’s washable so that could end up being a problem. A little pricey but was the perfect match.

Gorgeous! Colors are beautiful and it’s very well made. Shipping was fast, it arrived almost 2 weeks earlier than the estimated shipping date. It has no offensive odor, in fact I can’t detect any odor at all. It was easy to unpack and place. If you’re wondering if you need a rug gripper mat underneath, you definitely do if placing on hard wood or other slippery surface. I am very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Attractive, well-made area rug
High quality rug purchased for the kitchen. It does not slip on my tile floor. I am unable to remove the label on one side, that is sewn in, therefore it's not really reversible. I purchased the "legacy blue" color which is much brighter than it appears online.
