This lantern style candle warmer fits my larger size jar candles perfect! I like that it uses a lower 25 watt bulb making it safer and more energy efficient than other warmers. It melts the wax fast even at the low wattage. The top melt method gives fast aroma compared to bottom warmers. It has a simple on and off switch so there are no fancy timers or dimmers. It’s works well, seems to be good quality and looks beautiful!
I love this candle warmer! I've used it just about every night since it arrived last month! I've been using the large jar candle from Yankee Candle. It melts the wax so fast and I love not only the fragrance drifting through the air but the glow that the light gives from the lantern at night. It just gives off such a warm atmosphere that I actually look forward to the winter months because I know it willcontinue to give off such a warm feeling in my living room.Do yourself a favor and if you are in a situation where you'd rather not or cannot burn a candle, order one of these lanterns! I live in an apartment building that has sensitive fire alarms and I am actually afraid that burning a candle will set it off. I also have a cat and was always so afraid that she'd get too close to the open flame. No soot either! Sometimes you don't realize the soot that burning a candle can give off until you start having to wipe down appliances and such and realize your cloth is black from it!! None of that now!The quality of the lantern is nice too. I got the rustic brown, a nice country feel.
I had been wanting a jar candle warmer and this is exactly what I was looking for. Besides being estheticly pleasing, it works great. I also believe candles smell better using this rather than the added smoke smell oa a burning candle. Melts small candles fast and is big enough to hold large jar candles as well. Great price too. Long cord with a rocker switch to turn on and off.
This is my first time with a candle lamp and it has some great advantages over a candle crock. I like that I can melt just a section of the candle at a time, as opposed to the entire candle at once, and I think the scent lasts longer that way. I also like that I can see the candle with a lamp - both the pretty labels and a "glow" that makes the candle look like its burning. The lamp has performed well and is nicely made.
Issue was resolved by customer service. Thanks so muchNot even a year in and either the bulb is out or it just isn't working. Definitely not even close to the number of hours it is supposed to work
This is the best candle warmer! Prior I had bought an electric plate type one, that basically did nothing, you could smell it within about 2 feet after hours of use. However this one warms just as if the candle is lit but without the flame or smoke when blowing out. With this you can smell the candle throughout the room in maybe 1/2 an hour, achieving its purpose timely and effectively and efficiently!! This decreases the time leaving it it is turned on which makes it even safer. My only suggestion for improvement is an automatic shutoff after an hour. Perhaps same overhead warming lamp in more styles too for different tastes of decor.
Someone at work has one of these warmers and it always smell so good and since we can not have anything burning per our policy this is a good alternative. I could not wait to try mine out and started using if as soon as I got it out of the box. What I like about it so far is I feel that it is a safe and it looks beautiful. When the light is shining down on the candle it resembles a real fire. I have heard complaints about the bulbs not lasting and I mentioned it to my husband and he said there is certain bulbs that you have to handle a carefully and sure enough the spare bulb I purchased said handle the bulb with gloves on. I do not know the purpose but for those of you that have had this issue may want to try wearing gloves next time. I am going to buy another one of these for my mother because I enjoy it so much and if I had money to spare I would buy one for all my sister's and sister-in-laws. I truly love this product.
