Beautiful! Max 6" candle under glass shade. Cleaner candle scent. No worries about a flame!

Originally, I got this because I thought it was beautiful, and I thought it would help me with my candle clean up. You know how after burning a candle for a while it just looks really ugly? I like to blow them out after burning them for a bit and, while the glass is still warm, wipe out all the black build up and smeary looking wax that's on the glass. Sometimes I forget to do that or don't feel like it though, and so my candles just look ugly until next time--if I remember to do it next time. I figured I could put candles under this for a few minutes and then clean them up. Once I had done that with a few candles and had them all looking beautiful, I suddenly didn't understand the point of burning them in the first place. Why not just use this??There are quite a few advantages to this candle warmer lamp:1) Without burning the wick, I don't get the black buildup and don't have to clean it off the candle glass.2) I get a cleaner scent from the candle.3) I don't have to watch this as closely as I would a candle because I am not dealing with flame. With mischievous cats, that's great. If I go to sleep and leave this on, it's not as big a deal as if it were a candle either.This is a great little candle warmer that, depending on the distance your candle is from the bulb or how much scent you would like, you can turn the lamp's brightness to varying degrees of light which increases or decreases the heat. I love that this comes with two bulbs instead of just one. Do be careful when raising and lowering the glass shade, because you might crack it on the glass candle if you lower it too quickly. I do know it's a tough shade though because it actually dropped a little too hard for me one time! The shade will raise and lower, with me being able to get a candle, there is a maximum of 6" under the shade.I like the timer function that is built into the power cord and that will turn it off after x-number of minutes. It is simple and attractive, with a really beautiful glass shade. I decided to keep it in my kitchen in a darker corner for a little ambiance and night and the bonus of a nightlight.I think the value is great. It does exactly what it promises and appears that it should last upon examining it. I will report back if anything changes though!

Pretty, Petite Great for Small Spaces

I ordered this candle warmer lamp in the blue color, and it’s absolutely beautiful in person. The color is rich and looks just like the photos. It has a very petite footprint, which makes it perfect for nightstands, or tighter spaces where a full-size lamp would be too much.One thing I really appreciate is that it comes with two bulbs! One installed and one replacement. That’s a thoughtful bonus. The cord remote is easy to use and allows you to dim the light as well as set 2, 4, or 8-hour timers. The timer feature is especially nice for evenings when you don’t want to worry about turning it off.Performance-wise, it works great. I had it on for about two hours with a standard jar candle, and the scent filled that side of the house surprisingly well. It definitely does its job and melts the candle efficiently without needing an open flame.The only issue I noticed is with the adjustable neck. Even when tightened as much as possible, it still has some movement. It doesn’t collapse on its own, but it isn’t completely rigid either. When lifting or adjusting the lamp, I did notice the neck shift slightly. It hasn’t caused a problem, but I do wonder how it will hold up over time, especially with height adjustments.For around $25, this is a great value. It’s attractive and functional. Just be aware that the neck isn’t perfectly fixed once tightened. If you’re looking for a compact candle warmer that looks nice and performs well, this is a solid option!
