Beautiful rug and surprisingly very soft under foot. I like the pattern - interesting but still simple and I was shocked at how soft it is. It is moderately thick so put a decent rug pad under the give it a bit of plushness. Overall seems a good quality. I can see why some reviews noted some threads pull so will have to be a little careful about that and it is creased so will need to figure out how to remove them but v pleased overall.

Ships with Creases - Hard to Remove

I originally thought I was going to return this rug, but ended up keeping it. It's a surprisingly decent quality and gets a lot of compliments. However, the rug ships folded, not rolled. This means that it had A LOT of creases when I first purchased it...creases that didn't go away after the first few days. I ended up having to lie this flat on top of a carpet pad, then use my carpet shampooer to help flatten out those creases. This worked and the area rug now looks great, but I shouldn't have had to go through all that trouble.

The thickness was good, the softness good, the color good. But, it arrived folded and extremely wrinkled. Does not look good and after more than a week waiting for wrinkled to come out. They didn’t. Also minor defects in the rug that I could’ve overlooked but the wrinkles I could not. If you like the wrinkled look, then this rug is perfect. If not, I do not recommend. I returned it
