Look fancy, not cheapy, fairly easy installation

As you can see in picture, I screwed these in about 7 inches from edge of window to make sure the curtains completely cover the window and so that when I open the curtains, they can completely get out of the way to let in as much light as possible. Please note: you'll want to have your chosen curtains handy while installing to make sure the height of the rod is where you want it (especially if you want your curtains to just barely tough the floor).

Quality of these drapery rods are acceptable for the price. They look fine installed. The wall bracket design only places one screw where it's needed for best holding strength - this is inadequate for supporting heavier drapes. The plastic dry wall anchors provided are completely inadequate. You'll need to use a heavier duty anchor like an ez-anchor if securing in sheet rock. My comments are based on hanging a pair of linen like sheer drapes with a panel width of 60 inches by 102 inches long.
